A hire application form needs to be completed and the appropriate fees paid. All bookings that are subsequently cancelled will be charged at 25% of the hiring cost.

Fees will be charged from the time of entry for setting up purposes until leaving the hall after cleaning up.

The hall must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all breakages must be paid for. Full terms and conditions will be issued to all hirers for acceptance and signing when the hall is booked.

Well now you too can enjoy the elegance of yesteryear with your very own vintage tea party.

Whatever the occasion, whether you want a vintage inspired wedding, a beautiful afternoon tea at home with friends, an indulgent birthday party or an alternative mother-of-the-bride tea, a gorgeous garden party, an original hen party, a memorable retirement party or a super sweet baby shower, we have a large collection of gorgeous china availiable for you to hire, providing you with everything that you will need to bring some vintage elegance & glamour to your event.

A home made 2 course meal comprising soup and a roll, pudding and custard and tea or coffee is made and served by a team of volunteers. Come along for a chat, to make new friends and enjoy a freshly prepared meal.
